How much does a print cost?
Prints come in three sizes: A5 £7, A4 £10 and A3 £20. Not every painting comes in every size, and the sizes each one comes in are shown on its page. Every print is taken from an original ink and watercolour painting and is printed on good quality paper.
How much is a commission?
A5 is £55, A4 is £75 and A3 is £95. That is the finished painting, hand painted once, for you. Shipping on commissions is free within the UK.
Each extra pet in a painting is an extra £10.
If you want something larger or unusual, ask and Daisy will quote for it.
How long will my commission take?
Commissions take 4 to 6 weeks unless agreed otherwise.
How do I order a commission?
Use the commissions page. Tell Daisy whether it is a place or a pet and roughly what size you would like, and leave your email or phone number. She will get back to you to talk it through and collect your photographs, then send you a link to pay once you are both happy.
What sort of photo do you need?
The clearer the better. Daylight, taken straight on, with as much of the building or the animal in frame as possible. Several photos from different angles are more useful than one perfect one.
If your photo is not great, send it anyway. Daisy will say if it is workable.
How much is postage?
Within the UK, postage is £5 on orders under £30 and free on orders of £30 or more. Commissions always ship free within the UK.
Postage to the EU is £14.99, and to the USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and a few other countries it is £24.99. Any customs or import charges are paid by the person receiving the parcel.
Do the prints come framed?
No, prints are sold unframed. They are sent flat, backed with board, so you can pick a standard frame that suits your room.
Can you paint somewhere outside Aberdeen?
Yes. Daisy works from photographs, so anywhere is possible. Past commissions include places across Scotland, from Aberdeen to Altnaharra in Sutherland.
Can I get 10% off?
Sign up to the email list and a one time code for 10% off is sent to you. One code per order, and codes cannot be combined with other discounts.
